 Cake Bake Shop crafts its exquisite treats on a grand scale, for a celebration everyone will remember. An entire bottle of French Champagne goes into this showstopping cake, making it the perfect way to toast any special occasion. Three layers of light vanilla cake are soaked in Champagne and layered with house-made raspberry preserves and fresh raspberries. The cake is then enrobed in Champagne vanilla buttercream and topped with buttercream rosettes and more fresh berries. This stunning, elegant dessert arrives beautifully packaged in the bakery's signature pink box and pink satin ribbon.

Raspberry Champagne Cake


    • The cake is shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
    • Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping box and store in freezer for up to 3 months, or defrost in refrigerator overnight and keep for up to 4 days.
    • If cake will not be served within 24 hours of receipt, store in freezer, then follow instructions below.


    • The cake is best enjoyed at room temperature.
    • Remove plastic from cake while it is still frozen.
    • Defrost in refrigerator overnight.
    • Once thawed, remove from box and allow cake to come to room temperature, approx. 2–4 hours before serving.
    • To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before every slice.
    • Store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
